With more than 20 years of experience and knowledge acquired

In my practice, I integrate the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, an Indian system of medicine focused on achieving balance in physical and psychological health, with the transformative power of transpersonal psychology, the healing potential of yoga, and insights from practical business experience. This holistic approach aims to promote balance and well-being in both body and mind.

My exploration of transpersonal psychology began with powerful spiritual experiences, which have significantly influenced my therapeutic approach.
A successful business, an exemplary family - all the things I dreamed of, but they weren't really mine. I was going nowhere, dreaming of a life where I could be an adult and not fear the limitations of my pent-up desires.
My journey of personal transformation began with the understanding that true change requires rising above everyday thoughts.
That's when I came up with the concept of Transcendency Mode.

My mission

Is to give you the choice and courage to be your true self, not to depend on other people and circumstances, but to find support within yourself and create the life you want through your actions, showing you that everything is possible for you in this world.

I do not disclose session content or information about you, nor do I use session materials for publications or references in my work. This is the basis of trust and security between us.
I work only with those who have independently decided to seek psychological help. You choose the topic and regulate the depth to which you are ready to dive. You decide on the end of the therapeutic process.

{VOLUNTARINESS AND RECIPROCITY}

We agree on the number, duration, time and cost of sessions, define the rules for the end of the interaction. My attitude towards you remains unchanged throughout.
